From an early age, I was captivated by the allure of travel; I got the travel bug early on and decided to pursue a career in the travel industry right out of high school. My journey began with two small travel agencies in central and south Texas, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create unforgettable experiences for clients. This foundational experience paved the way for my next significant role as a team leader within Apple Computers' Executive Travel department, where I learned to navigate the intricacies of corporate travel management.
Driven by ambition and a passion for excellence, I took on the challenge of creating a new travel department from scratch as the travel manager at a Six Sigma consulting firm in San Marcos, Texas. Here, I was able to tap into the Six Sigma concept to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. This strategic approach not only transformed our operations but also led to establishing a well-run and highly profitable segment within the company. My unique blend of experience in both small agencies and large corporations has equipped me with invaluable insights that drive my commitment to delivering exceptional service in every aspect of my work.
After gaining experience in the field over the years, I recently decided to take the plunge and start my own business as a Travel Agent and franchise owner. My passion for travel has been a driving force in this decision and I am excited to provide customers with unique experiences around the world.
